Made by hand, according to old recipes, the “Taralli” are twisted one by one with our hands making them imperfect and different from each other.

The leavening of the dough occurs naturally, with very little yeast and after many hours of waiting, bringing huge advantages both in terms of taste and nutritional. The secrets of the goodness of our “tarallo” are the use of its main ingredient, extra virgin olive oil produced in Irpinia, and the use of flour purchased by one of the few mills in Italy that uses the technique of washing the grains with drinking water, allowing it to remove impurities that are hiding among them.
